We offer only exchanges and no returns.

Exchange can be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate an exchange, please click the return option in my orders section under the ‘My Account’ page.

There is no return, exchange, or refund applicable on Tote Bags except in the case of a manufacturing defect.  

Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and will be further approved/declined for exchange. An amount of INR 200/- will be charged as exchange charges. Wallet refund is issued only on product value and shipping charges in case of COD orders aren’t refundable. In case of Prepaid orders, the product value will be considered the amount you paid after discount. 

Make sure you send the products back with its orginal packaging and accessories along, otherwise there’s extra deduction of Rs 200/-

We reserve the right to not accept a return if; 

(1) the product/s are returned after use

(2) the products are damaged

Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund in MODERY Wallet only within 2 business days.

Exchange can be done on the same product for the size only once.
