RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Note: Bottom wears are not eligible for a refund/exchange, if there are any size related issues kindly reach out to us on Instagram. Please check the size chart before placing an order. 

If any assistance is required regarding the sizes and measurements, reach out to us on WhatsApp or Instagram.

Returns only in case of any damage for all products 

Damaged Items:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive a damaged product please send us a picture of the product at info@modery.in

Exchanges:

Exchanges for top wear is possible on basis of inventory availability, you will have to ship the product to us after we approve the exchange. Shipping cost will be borne by you. Refunds:

If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on website wallet within 5-7 business days after the product is received to us. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
